Our standard home watching services detect minor problems before they turn into major disasters, deter vandals by giving your home a cared-for appearance and keep appliances in working order.

On each visit we check:

• Exterior/interior for vandalism or weather damage
• Plumbing leaks or roof leaks
• Visible evidence of insects or rodents
• Door and window locks
• Heating/cooling, water heater & major appliances
• Circuit breakers

On each visit we also:

• Flush all toilets
• Run dishwasher and garbage disposal
• Run washing machine if requested
• Clean front and back porch areas
• Start vehicle
• Flush all toilets
• Collect and sort mail/papers & forward if needed
• Water inside plants
• Remove newspapers, door hangers etc.
• Turn on/off lights in different rooms if requested
